Very close to the Central train station Termini. Very convinient location for those who are arriving or leaving Rome by train. Excelent breakfast. Friendly staff.

Location couldn’t be more perfect - just 2 mins directly to Termini platforms. 24h reception, good continental breakfast (pastry was just heavenly), everything is mostly clean. You can leave your luggage after checkout.

Close to everything especially termini. Walkable city. Even though the streets can be loud- this place is extremely quiet at night. The staff was so kind, welcoming and helpful. Small room, but perfect for a stay.

The lady at the reception very kindly accommodated my request to be moved from a room that was just next to the elevator. The room I was eventually given was quiet, and the double bed was comfortable. The furniture looked stylish albeit not brand new. The bathroom was spacious, and it looked like the fittings had been recently renovated. Overall impression of cleanliness, reinforced by the tiled floors. I did not try the breakfast, but there were facilities to prepare tea and instant coffee in the room.

This is my third stay at Yes Hotel located less then a 5 min walk from roma Termini, walking distance to all Romes major monuments. Rooms are clean and can be on the small side , staff are helpful and friendly, breakfast is plentiful offering a typical continental breakfast .if you're looking for a short stay in Rome I would recommend.
